I liked this recipe BEFORE I found out it had "Fat Burning" in it's name.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, coursely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 each zucchini, sliced thin
  • 2 each carrots, coursely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced thin
  • 2 each onions, finely chopped
  • 2 each tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large chicken breast, cut in small pieces
  • 2 each bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 cups water or chicken stock

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a soup kettle. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Adjust seasonings adding salt and pepper to taste.
