Fat Burning Cabbage Soup
I liked this recipe BEFORE I found out it had "Fat Burning" in it's name.
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, coursely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 each zucchini, sliced thin
- 2 each carrots, coursely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced thin
- 2 each onions, finely chopped
- 2 each tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large chicken breast, cut in small pieces
- 2 each bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 cups water or chicken stock
Instructions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a soup kettle. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Adjust seasonings adding salt and pepper to taste.
