This savory blend of Nettle, Chamomile, Oregano, and Rosemary combines with Turmeric, Ginger, Orange Peel, and Cloves to provide relief for pain and discomfort caused by inflammation. A touch of black pepper should be added to activate the curcumin in the turmeric. Steep 1 or more tbsp in 1-1 1/2 cups hot water for 30-60 minutes. Drink. 2-3 cups per day. Add honey or other sweetener to taste. Avoid boiling the water while the herbs are present. Consider using a French press or easy to clean loose tea device. Chamomile has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antispasmodic properties, and has been used to reduce arthritis and bursitis pain and other joint problems, muscle spasms and stomach ache. Cloves are anti-inflammatory and antibacterial to help your body deal with infections and inflammation. Ginger has been used to treat nausea, and its anti-inflammatory properties have been used to help with muscle pain and soreness. Ginger is a synergist, both with herbs and antibiotics. Nettle is used for joint ailments, as a diuretic to help poor kidney function, to treat anemia, and as an astringent. It is rich in Iron and Vitamin C, as well as other vitamins and minerals. Oranges are loaded with vitamin C, one of the best-known and readily available antioxidants. Getting vitamin C is a juicy way to neutralize free radicals, which can damage cartilage and cause inflammation and pain in your joints.  Oregano has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, and has been used to treat respiratory tract disorders and gastrointestinal (GI) disorders. Oregano has extremely high levels of antioxidants which help protect the body from chronic conditions. It boosts the immune system, aids in digestion (good digestion means higher energy as more nutrients are absorbed), and helps rid the body of parasites (another potentially hidden cause of chronic fatigue). Rosemary has been used to alleviate muscle pain, improve memory, and boost the immune and circulatory systems. Turmeric contains curcumin, one of the safest and most effective anti-inflammatories. It is an effective natural pain reliever too. Black Pepper helps activate the curcumin in the body, especially when combined with oil, as curcumin is fat soluble.
