It has also been used to reduce muscle spasms and stomach ache. Nettle helps detoxify the body, promotes cardiovascular health, and alleviates allergic reactions. Nettle is used for joint ailments, as a diuretic, and as an astringent. It has also been used to treat frequent or painful urination. Rose Hips are a good source of vitamin C, and can be used to prevent and treat colds, flu, and vitamin C deficiencies. They are used to boost the immune system, fight the aging process, and reduce inflammation. Goji Berries are an adaptogen, contain antioxidants, and are a great source of nutrition. They contain large amounts of vitamins A and C, B2, selenium, potassium, and iron, and have been used to treat fever. Steep 1 tbsp in 1 1/2 cups hot water for 10-15 minutes. Add honey or other sweetener to taste.
