Full of fat, they provide a large source of energy for our backyard birds during the cold months. Each cake is 11oz and comes in a closable deli container that is stackable and freezable. A much different take on a potato salad but I am sure it will not disappoint you in the least bit. I render most of the bacon fat first, then add onions, garlic, pepperoncinis and red bell peppers. Once they are slightly cooked, deglaze the pan with red wine vinegar. And the final step, toss the potatoes in the pan and finish with some fresh parsley and thyme. It's light, slightly sour and spicy, very filling, and fresh. Great for these hot summer days ahead of us. Perfect for a backyard bbq. One order of this will certainly be able to feed a few people very well. Ingredients: Russet potatoes, bacon, onions, pepperoncinis, red bell peppers, parsley, thyme, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper and Himalayan sea salt. It is recommended to heat this up slightly or to serve it at room temperature. If its right out of the refrigerator the bacon fat may be coagulated, might not be as good is all.
