This is the 2023 harvest, which is a lovely amber colored honey with a rich, yet smooth, flavor profile. It would be a wonderful addition to your cup of tea, added to a morning biscuit, or used in any recipe calling for honey (especially a delightful baklava for the upcoming holidays!). Note that honey is sold by weight. For reference, 24oz is a pint jar.

A few years ago, a friend gave me a few Muscovy ducks for helping her out. I quickly realized that they are super fun animals to keep. I have kept a small flock ever since. These ducks are truly free range, they don't even have a pen. Our birds are never given any hormones or antibiotics.
