Mustard Spreads can be used as a vegetable or chip dip, an ingredient in soup, hummus, or sauces, or as a sandwich spread. While some civilizations, notably in China and Egypt, used mustard seeds as spices. the Romans were the first to make mustard spreads as we know them today. Mustard seeds contain trace minerals selenium and magnesium, which are often used to manage asthma, arthritis, high blood pressure, and migraines.
