Native New Orleanian who moved to the area after losing home in New Orleans due to Hurricane Katrina.
I offer dry mixes of Camellia Red Beans and Rice, Dirty Rice and Jambalaya. There is also my Grandmother’s Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce (made with rum extract), Pumpkin Cranberry Bread Pudding, Mini Loaves in various flavors with the most popular being Sweet Potato Orange Pecan, Smoked Tomato Jam, Tandoori Tomato Jam, Creole and Cajun seasoning and Olive Salad that is a component of a famous sandwich in New Orleans called a Muffuletta.
I also bake pies such as sweet potato, Creole Cushaw, Pumpkin, and Pecan
I will be adding on more Creole inspired items as time permits as well as in season items.
