We operate a cow calf operation in Coffee and Warren Counties on the McMinnville Highway between Morrison and Manchester, Tennessee. Our cows are Angus and Brangus cross. They graze on grass as their primary source of food during the growing season and are fed hay in the winter. We do not feed or administer any foreign or unnatural growth stimulants or growth enhancers (i.e. growth hormones or antibiotics to promote growth) of any kind to our cattle. Nor, do we feed any animal byproducts. Our cattle are all natural. However, we do vaccinate and administer medication to prevent disease or stop the spread of infection. The animals that have been medicated for infection of any kind will NOT be offered for sale to our retail customers. Prior to processing we feed our cattle high quality high protein hay for 5 to 14 days.
